About Laurie
Laurie is passionate about people and has always been deeply curious about each person’s unique story. Growing up in a large and energetic first-generation Italian-American family helped to cultivate her core values of connection, impact and joy.
She brought that natural curiosity and energy to her career in the corporate workforce where - early on as a management consultant - she developed a passion for helping people navigate through changing organizational systems and dynamics.
Her experience working with companies and teams at all levels, shapes and sizes has given her an in-depth understanding of the issues that leaders and organizations face. She has worked with leaders at companies from Google to Estée Lauder, and brings this diverse perspective to her coaching. She embraces each client’s individual story, experience and circumstance.
As both a coach and strategist, Laurie listens intently and is able to help her clients - from Director-level to C-suite - who work in complex environments quickly focus on key issues and make intentional decisions toward their goals with more ease.
